Terms & Conditions for Volunteers
Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your volunteer registration form. By registering, you agree to abide by these conditions:
1. Voluntary Participation
Your services are offered voluntarily, without any expectation of financial compensation.
You can choose to withdraw from volunteering at any time by informing the organization.
2. Respect & Behavior
You are expected to maintain discipline, respect, and professionalism while representing the organization.
Discrimination, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate removal.
3. Time Commitment
Volunteers are expected to give their time honestly as per the assigned responsibilities.
Regular attendance and punctuality in meetings, events, or fieldwork is appreciated.
4. Confidentiality
Any sensitive information (such as student data, documents, or internal plans) must be kept confidential and not shared without permission.
5. Use of Photos & Work
Photographs taken during events and your contribution (like written content, ideas, etc.) may be used for reports, promotions, or publications with credit given where possible.
6. ID Proof & Verification
Volunteers may be asked to provide valid ID proof and may go through a basic verification process.
7. Certificates & Recognition
Volunteers will receive a certificate only after completion of assigned duties and active participation for a minimum number of hours/days, as per program requirements.
8. Safety & Responsibility
We try our best to ensure your safety, but volunteers are expected to act responsibly and carefully during all activities.
The organization is not liable for personal loss or injury caused due to negligence.
