Terms & Conditions for Membership

Proton Education Trust (Registered under Indian Trust Act, with 80G, 12A & NITI Aayog registration)

By applying for paid membership in Proton Education Trust, the applicant agrees to the following legally binding terms and conditions:

1. Membership Categories & Fees

Membership shall be granted under the following categories upon payment:

• Foundation Class – ₹1000 (Validity: 1 Year)

•  Growth Class – ₹2000 (Validity: 3 Years)

• Vision Class – ₹5000 (Validity: 5 Years)

• Legacy Class – ₹10000 (Validity: 5 Years)

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant must be 18 years or above.

• Must be of sound character and not involved in any criminal, anti-national or anti-social activities.

• Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application without assigning any reason.

3. Rights & Benefits of Members

• Members will receive a Certificate of Membership with unique ID.

• Right to participate in trust’s events, seminars, awareness programs, and volunteering activities.

• Diamond and Gold members may be considered for leadership roles, advisory positions or special delegations (subject to availability and trust’s discretion).

• Members will be invited to annual recognition programs and exclusive briefings.

⚠️ Membership does not grant any voting rights or legal ownership in the trust’s operations, funds, or decision-making.

4. Duties & Conduct

Members are expected to:

• Promote the values and mission of the trust in society

• Maintain respectful and non-political conduct in public or during trust programs

• Not use the trust’s name, logo, or documents for any personal, commercial, or unauthorized purpose

• Follow all guidelines issued by the trust regarding events, campaigns, and media

Violation of conduct may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of membership without refund.

5. Data & Privacy

All personal information shared during registration will be stored securely and used only for internal purposes, such as communication, event invitation, and certification.

The trust follows basic data protection norms and does not sell or misuse personal data.

6. Termination Clause

• The trust reserves the right to terminate membership at any time in case of misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation.

• Members may voluntarily withdraw, but no refund or certificate cancellation will be entertained post-withdrawal.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All matters related to membership shall be governed by the laws of India.
In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction shall lie with the courts located in [Your Trust’s City / District].
