Program Schedule

We’ve designed a two-hour program to help you experience the benefits of yoga and meditation. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

  • 6:00 AM – 6:15 AM: Welcome & Introduction
    • Brief opening remarks about the significance of International Yoga Day and the benefits of yoga for physical and mental well-being.
    • Warm-up stretches to prepare the body.
  • 6:15 AM – 7:15 AM: Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) Session
    • Guided practice of the Common Yoga Protocol, a set of simple yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and dhyana (meditation) recommended by the Ministry of AYUSH.
    • Instructions will be provided in a clear and easy-to-follow manner, suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
  • 7:15 AM – 7:45 AM: Mindful Meditation & Relaxation
    • A guided meditation session to calm the mind and enhance inner peace.
    • Deep relaxation techniques (Savasana) to integrate the benefits of the yoga practice.
  • 7:45 AM – 8:00 AM: Concluding Remarks & Refreshments
    • Vote of thanks and a brief message on incorporating yoga into daily life.
    • Light, healthy refreshments will be served.

What to Bring

  • A yoga mat or a thick towel
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement
