Eligibility:
Partner school/institute must be a recognized educational organization with valid registration/certification.

Participation Commitment:
Partner school agrees to actively support and promote awareness activities, exams, and campaigns conducted by Proton Education Trust.

Coordinator Appointment:
The school will assign a teacher/staff member as a coordinator for communication and coordination.

Free Participation Clause:
For the first 50 registered schools/institutes, no partnership or registration fee will be charged. All basic awareness programs, posters, and certificates will be provided free of cost.

Activity Coverage:
While most awareness and social programs are offered free, some activities may require nominal participation charges. These will be optional and informed in advance.

Trust Branding:
The name of the partner school may be published on our website, reports, social media, or printed materials for transparency and acknowledgment.

Voluntary Participation:
Partnership does not imply any financial obligation unless mutually agreed upon for special projects or events.

Right to Modify:
Proton Education Trust reserves the right to update these terms & conditions or program structure as per future policies. Schools will be informed of any changes.

Code of Conduct:
Both the school and the trust will maintain mutual respect, cooperation, and commitment to student development and public welfare.

Disengagement Clause:
Either party can withdraw from the partnership by providing written notice (email is acceptable) without any legal liability, provided no ongoing paid project is in progress.
